Tennis Elbow
If you are dealing with pain in the outer portion of your elbow that flares up with activity, it is possible that you are dealing with tennis elbow!
You do not need to be a tennis player to suffer from tennis elbow. It’s a term that means the outer tendons of the elbow that help the wrist extend are inflamed and possibly damaged. It can be tricky to properly treat, especially if the pain has been persistent for a long time. So if you have already tried a little rest, anti-inflammatories, so and gentle stretching, and you are still dealing with the elbow pain, you need a real recovery and rehab program.
Start with some of these wrist/elbow strength/mobility exercises as a great beginner set of movements. If your end goal is sports or activity, remember that you need to progress to simulate!
