Saurabh is the Clinic Manager at Care2Cure and a registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario with an extensive background in treatment and rehabilitation of Musculoskeletal and sports injuries.
Saurabh Garg has been in the physiotherapy industry since 2004 and He has completed his Master’s degree in Physiotherapy specialized in Orthopaedic in 2008. His drive for constant improvement, education, experience, and an analytical mind, sets Saurabh apart. He has also written book on the Upper and Lower Limb Fractures (Essentials of Orthopysiotherapy for Upper and Lower Limb Fractures) and is a big believer of treating the root cause of problem. His vision is to provide quality care by understanding patient’s goals.
Saurabh possesses an avid interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, spinal conditions and sports physiotherapy and enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
His special interests include trigger point therapy, joint stiffness and mobilization, arthritis, ankle sprains and strains, calf and hamstring pain, tendon rehab, post-surgical and orthopaedic rehabilitation, shin splints, stretching, low back pain, bulged disc, neck pain, headache and migraine treatment , ACL reconstruction rehabilitation, pelvis, hip, groin and knee rehab, bursitis, tennis or golfer elbow treatment, shoulder injuries and pain, inflammation reduction, dry needling, shoulder impingement, bursitis, lower limb biomechanics –pelvis, hip, groin, knee and ankle, functional training, strapping and taping, pregnancy, musculoskeletal and sports injuries, kids and teenage musculoskeletal physio, improved balance and core muscle control, vertigo and dizziness as well as looking specifically at biomechanics in sports such as golf, cycling, running, athletics, resistance training, football and soccer. Saurabh can assist you with individual and targeted gym programmes.
Saurabh takes a holistic approach to his patients, assisting them with their day to day health and wellness journey. Outside of work, his interests include painting, Poetry, music, cycling, active travel adventures as well as local and international community mindedness.
Saurabh Garg is invested in providing high quality care to clients. He believes understanding the client needs and problems and using Hands on/ Manual approach and functional movement exercises are most important in improving their condition to the fullest.
His approach to helping people is to work with them to regain their movement, improve their well being and reach their functional fitness goals with hands on physiotherapy, posture and movement education as well as individual exercise prescription.

Her deep passion for helping people has made her achieve success in all her roles. She is passionate about the quality of service what her client receives. With a boldly optimistic attitude and a careful eye for detail, she ensures each and every person who comes into contact with Care2Cure Physiotherapy is attended immediately, is listened to, and is been taken care of their needs in an efficient manner. She is always committed to provide the best possible service, as she is aware that the ultimate goal is the health and well-being of each client. It’s no wonder that Deepti finds herself in the Care2Cure team because she knows and loves sharing with others what physiotherapy can do for one’s overall foundation in life.

Nidhi is an Operations Manager and registered Yoga Therapist (Canadian Alliance of Yoga CYA-YT) at Care2Cure. She has an extensive experience in Physical Therapy, Naturopathy, Advanced Reflexology and other wellness specialties. She also has management skills to coordinate clinic operations, as well as providing assistance to physiotherapy patients. She offers therapeutic yoga classes and wellness workshops specific to the needs of patients at Care2Cure. She completed “Diploma in Naturopathy and Yoga” in 2003 and “Degree in Physiotherapy” in 2009. She started her practice in India as a Physiotherapist then her passion and continued interest in wellness took her to the United States of America, where she became Member of Council on Exercise Therapy to work with LA Fitness. During her career growth, she also became part of Jaypee Group and Resorts in 2013 as a Therapeutic Yoga Trainer.
Over the years of experience her dedication to integrate holistic approach to empower individuals have increased, where she has created sustainable treatments for diverse clientele. She practices modified Yoga poses and advocate its practice to integrate in modern healthcare system. And she is known forher “Pain Care Yoga Treatment” and has helped multiple clients nationally and internationally. In addition to her many skills as a healthcare practitioner, Nidhi is also an accomplished cook, passionate about trying new vegetarian recipes and spending quality time with family and friends.
Nidhi believes that meaningful connections, spending time for social cause and sharing joy can be powerful contributors to healing and well-being.
Komal is a third-year student studying business law at Carleton University. She has a passion for providing support and resources to individuals to help them. She takes care of greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. She works towards engaging with client, create a strong relationships with them, and ensure they leave with a smile on their face after getting their treatment. Her hobbies are playing sports, traveling and reading.
Kanika is a second-year student at the University of Ottawa. She is studying health sciences with a minor in business management. She is motivated, hard-working and academically driven.
She has volunteered at the Queensway Carleton Hospital where she helped with clerical work and sat with patients in need of emotional support. She is outgoing and has a desire to help others. She has also received her Delf B2 certificate for French. On her spare time, she enjoys arts and crafts and spending time in nature.
Milind has completed his physiotherapy degree in India. He migrated to Canada in 2019 and completed a diploma in Health, wellness, and fitness course from Mohawk College, Hamilton.
After moving to Ottawa he completed his licensing in Physiotherapy. He is currently registered with the Ontario College of Physiotherapy.
He has a keen interest in exercise-based orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. He has done ergonomic correction seminars in various corporate offices in India. He strongly believes that humankind should prevent posture-related pain with exercise programs and correcting posture. He has worked closely with patients with paralysis and other neurological conditions and helped them to become independent and self-sufficient. He keeps his eyes on the latest research in rehabilitation for orthopedic conditions such as osteoarthritis. He has done a Muscle energy technique(MET) course for reeducating the muscles after chronic pain from back home.
Apart from physiotherapy, you can find him on a volleyball court or at a table tennis table.
My self Priya Chikani, and I am deeply passionate about enhancing the quality of life through movement and rehabilitation. Committed to assisting individuals in overcoming physical challenges and realizing their optimal health potential, I have completed my physiotherapy degree from India, with additional course of fitness and health science from Humber college, Toronto,Canada.I am currently registered with Ontario college of physiotherapy. I have keen interest in exercise based orthopaedic,neurological and woman health rehabilitation.

Pruthaben Malaviya is a dedicated physiotherapist bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to her practice in Canada. She graduated with a degree Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from VNSGU University, Surat, India. She has 2 years of experience working in the private clinic and Government Civil hospital in India.
With a solid foundation in healthcare administration, she completed her postgraduate diploma from St. Lawrence College, Kingston, Canada in 2023. She loves to work with patients with a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological disorders, pediatric conditions and chronic pain management.
Her commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest advancements in physiotherapy ensures that she delivers evidence-based practices tailored to meet each patient’s unique needs and emphasizes physical rehabilitation, patient education, and empowerment to facilitate long-term wellness.
Ghassan received his ph.D in physical Education and Sport while in Ukraine 1998.
His passion for knowledge his led him to continue his education in health care .
Ghassan Manual osteopath, FST provider ( Fascial Stretch therapy ).
FST is a series of movements created to separate and organize the many connective tissue layers surrounding the muscles, joints, organs, and bones. It incorporates breathing techniques and traction while taking joints to their available pain free range. Gentle muscle contraction may also be used to achieve length and decrease tone in muscle.
Some of the benefits of FST are: improved flexibility, improvements in strength, improved balance, improved coordination, improvements in alignment, correction of pelvic rotations
And an overall better quality of life.
Ghassan is also Graston Specialist Certified and specialized in in Formthotics, a quick and easy alternative to traditional orthotics. His other certification include Exercise therapy Association Level 2 and acupuncture/ dry needling. He is an FMT mobility specialist, personal trainer specialist ( Canfitpro ) .
In his youth, Ghassan was a professional Waterpolo Player. Later, he coached at the Competitive level for both Syria and the Ukraine. He has a keen interest in swimming and Waterpolo specific injuries.
Ghassan has over 20 years experience with Athletes in over 10 modalities which also includes cupping, ultrasound, laser therapy, tens therapy, acupuncture.

My name is kiranpreet. I am a licensed massage therapist. I am dedicated to enhance wellness through therapeutic touch. I have experience in sports and athletes, pregnancy and persistent pain massage. I am specialized in using different modalities such as deep tissue, Swedish, or myofascial release, tailoring each session to address client’s needs or concerns and aiming to relieve stress, alleviate pain and promote general Wellness and relaxation. Margi was born, raised, and educated in India. She graduated with First Class Honours in Physiotherapy from M.S. University and gained professional experience working at the Government Civil Hospital and in private practice for over two years. She has been practicing physiotherapy in Canada for 2.5 years and developed additional skills through continuing education courses, including McKenzie Techniques for the lumbar spine, acupuncture, and dry needling.
With a straightforward, honest, and empathetic approach infused with humour, Margi is passionate about helping patients return to work, sports, and daily activities without pain. She emphasizes active rehabilitation, combining manual therapy, acupuncture, functional exercises, and therapeutic modalities to enhance her patient’s quality of life and achieve their goals. A firm advocate of evidence-based practice, Margi ensures her treatments are guided by the latest research and best practices.
In her leisure time, Margi enjoys practicing yoga, reading, singing, and spending time with friends and family.
